Your customer database remains protected behind our secure application layer. The mobile app communicates only with authenticated APIs that expose the specific information and functionality required by the app. The database itself is never directly accessible from the internet or from the customer's device.

The app only receives the information required for the app experience and only ever provides data which relates to the authenticated player, who has associated their device to their account with a member of your team and signed in with biometrics or passocde.

Connecting a system to the internet always introduces an additional attack surface. Mind Portal addresses this by ensuring that the internet-facing component is the API, not the database. The database remains isolated from the public internet, and the API exposes only authenticated and authorised business functions. This limits both what an attacker can access and the potential impact if an individual component is compromised.

The real strength is that Mind was built with a mobile-first strategy. The Portal experience was at the core of our thinking when Mind's architecture was designed and every feature was built. This is very different to bolting a mobile app on to a traditional casino system with its legacy architecture and approaches. We have built on this platform to provide content and experiences that other providers cannot keep pace with.
